She started her film career from a Malayalam movie ‘Sutradhaaran’ directed by Lohithadas. She has stared in dozen of Malayalam movies. “Rasathanthram”, “Achuvinte Amma”, “Perumazhakkalam”, “Swapnakoodu”, “Kasthooriman”, “Ore Kadal”, “Paadam Onnu Oru Vilapam” are some of the movies in which she proved her talent. She got many awards for her performance in film. She won National film award for best actress for the film “Paadam Onnu Oru Vilapam”. In this film she acted as a 15-year old Muslim girl Shahina, who is forced to marry a old man. Her acting was excellent in this film. Shobhana is a leading actress of South Indian films. She is also famous as a dancer. She has acted in over 150 movies in 5 languages. Her first Malayalam film is “April 18″ directed by Balachandra Menon. She acted many Malayalam movies like “Kanamarayathu”, “Yathra”, “Dhani”, “Mazhaethum Munbe”, ‘Minnaram” etc. She won National film award for best actress in two times for the Malayalam movie “Manichitrathazhu” and the English movie “Mitr, My Friend”. Urvashi is a famous South Indian actress. She is acted in many film in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. She is the one of the most loved heroines of Malayalam film and she played most unforgettable characters. She started her career in Tamil movie “Munthanai Mudichchu” directed by K.Bhagyaraj . Manju Warrior is a former actress of Malayalam movie. She was born in Kannur district of Kerala. She is considered to be the finest ever appeared on the Malayalam screen. Her first film was “Sallapam” which was super hit of Malayalam movie.
