Suchitra Sen is a legendary actress in Bengali cinema. Her orginal name is Rama. Her first film was an unreleased film titled “Shesh Kothay”. Next film “Sharey Chuattor” acted with Uttham Kumar was big super hit. It was remembered for launching Uttam-Suchitra as a leading pair. They became stars in the hearts of Bengali movie lovers for more than 20 years. She acted in many films like “Shaptapadi” ,” Shagorika”, “Fariaad”, “Chokher Bali”, etc. She also acted in Hindi films. Debashree Roy is one of the most versatile actors in the Bengali cinema in the early 1980s. She was the top heroine for more years. She started her career as a child artist. “Dadar Kirti” directed by Tarun Majumdar is the first film that she acted as an adult actor. “Parabat Priya”, “Bhalobasha Bhalobasha”,” Ora Charjon”, “Ahankaar”, “36 Chowringhee Lane”,” Asookh” ,” Dekha”, “Ek Je Acche Kanya” etc are many films that she proved her talent. Moon Moon Sen is the very famous Bengali actress and daughter of very popular Bengali actress Suchitra Sen. She started her career after the marriage and motherhood. Her first film was “Andar Baahar”. She was the staple of Bengali film industry. Rituparna Sengupta is the rising queen of Bengali film. She started her career in the film “Swet Patharer Thala” directed by Mr Pravat Roy. She became famous through the films like “Moner Manush”, “Sangsar Sangram”, “Swami Kano Ashami”, “Sudhu Ekbar Balo”, “Swamir Adesh”, “Tumi Ele Tai”, “Swasurbari Zindabad”, “Aalo”, “Akrosh”, “Hungama”, “Chander Bari” and many others.
