Every industry is facing a very bad time in Sri Lanka whether it is in tourism, exporting etc. Now the situation is getting worsen than never before. The battle is with between Sri Lankan government and Tamil tigers. The main reason was the partiality that the Sinhalese (Sri Lankan people) has done to Tamil peoples. This made a separate group in Sri Lanka called LTTE (Liberation of Tamil Tigers Eelam) and the main founder of this group is Velupillai Prabhakaran. This group is formed in 1976 and it is a separate group of Sri Lanka. This group has been considered as one of the dreaded terrorist group of the world. The battle has been undergoing for the past 20 years and right now the condition is worse which increased many death rates. This is a civil war. The headquarters of LTTE is Killinochchi ie, their administrative capital. The clash in Sri Lanka is between Buddhism and Hinduism. LTTE has organized a military and political wing. These people occupy the Northern part of Sri Lanka. Here the population is composed of Sinhalese,Tamils and  Muslims. Now we know from the media reports that Sri Lankan government is capturing this northern parts through fire and increasing many death toll rates. This include many number of civilians of that state. The main reason for the LTTE battle is for Tamil Eelam, a separate Tamil state that would comprise the north and east of the island. Majority of Tamilians are Hindus while Majority of Sinhalese are Buddhist. Buddhist Monks have a strong hold over government and they are highly influential in Politics. The main fight is between Buddhism and Hinduism. The LTTE has never come down from the demand of a new TAMIL nation. LTTE has a very few number of soldiers, but most of them are well trained , determined and hard minded. They have many groups like Black tigers who concentrates for suicidal plans and Air tigers who looks after plane attacks then sea tigers who does sea attack. They have many advanced guns and grenades. They are engaged in a nationalist war for independence.

Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksha is fulfiling his people’s dream of a peaceful land thereby executing all the tamil tigers. Government forces have won a string of stunning victories over the rebels in recent months, forcing them to withdraw from much of the state they once controlled in the north. But they are improving day by day. At the same time government also assured to spare civilians of that state. They also supplies food and medicine for the people over there.
