ARUN JAITLEY

Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley was appointed as the new leader of the opposition party in the Rajya Sabha of India. He was also served the India government as a union minister for commerce, industry, law and justice. He is also a Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat and also a member of the Indian Premiere League Governing Council. He is considered as the ‘Chanakya’ of BJP.

BIOGRAPHY

Arun Jaitley was born on 28th December, 1952 in New Delhi as the son of a lawyer Maharaj Kishen Jaitley and Shrimati Ratan Prabha Jaitley. He gained his school education from “St. Xavier’s School”, New Delhi and gained his graduation in Commerce from “Shri Ram College of Commerce”, New Delhi . He also gained graduation in Law from the “Faculty of Law”, University of Delhi. He is married to Sangeeta Jaitley and they have two children named Rohan and Sonali. As a student, he gained many awards for his outstanding performance both in academics and extra curricular activities. He started his career as a lawyer. He was worked as Additional Solicitor General in V.P Singh’s government and he did the paperwork for the investigations into the Bofors scandal. He has authored several publications on legal and current affairs. He has presented a Paper on Law relating to Corruption and Crime in India before the Indo-British Legal Forum. He was started his political career as the student leader of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in the Delhi University and became the president of the University Students’ Union. In 1999 general election, he was the spokesman of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and he was appointed as the minister of state for information and broadcasting in Vajpayee Government. He was also appointed as the minister of state for disinvestment and also give additional charge of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs in 2000. Then he raised as cabinet minister of Law, Justice and Company Affairs and Shipping. In 2002. he was appointed as Secretary General of BJP and its national spokesman. In 2003, he rejoined the Union Cabinet as the Minister of Commerce & Industry and Law & Justice and continued in this post till 2004. Then he was served as a General Secretary of BJP. He is considered as the important planner of BJP party and he managed a number of victories in state Assembly election for the BJP.

Angelina Jolie was born on 4th June , 1975 in Los Angeles, California as the daughter of Academy Award-winning actor Jon Voigh and actress Marcheline Bertrand. In 1976, after the separation of her parents, she moved with her brother and moter to Palisades, New York. When she was eleven years old, the family moved back to Los Angeles and Jolie at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, where she trained for two years and appeared in several stage productions.
