It also supports the services like Share on Ovi for immediate sharing over HSDPA and WLAN and also provides an ‘always open’ window to favorite social networking sites and Internet destinations. It is the most powerful, multi-sensory mobile computer, so we can always connect to the people through this phone. The home screen of this mobile phone features the people, content and media. We can get friends, social networks and news by simply touching the home screen. It is also perfectly suited for browsing the web, seeing flash videos or playing games. It also gives the facility for blogging, chatting, posting, sending texts or emailing. Also it is extremely comfortable to hold, easy to use and offers a decent evolution to Nokia smart phones.

Nokia is one of the world’s largest manufacturer of mobile phones. In 1865,Fredrik Idestam established a wood-pulp mill and started manufacturing paper in southern Finland near the banks of a river. At the beginning of the 20th century,company acquired the Nokia Wood Mills and also acquired a company producing telegraph and telephone cables, the Finish Cable Works. The following year the company had produced many products like paper, bicycle, car tires, personal computers, footwear, communication cables, electricity generation machineries, televisions, aluminium, capacitors etc. In 1987, Nokia introduced one of the world’s first hand held phones called ‘Mobira Cityman 900′ . It was a worldwide commercial success. After three years, Nokia introduced its first Global Systems for Mobile communications or GSM phone. Nokia introduced its first GSM handset named ‘Nokia 1011′. In 1997, Nokia company introduced a classic game named ‘Snake’ highly associated with the company. In 1998, Nokia mobile phones became the world’s leader, and it was introduced another handset in the world. From 1865 until today, Nokia continues to make a great history in mobile phone industry. It also provides equipment, solutions and services for communications networks through Nokia Siemens Networks.

2009 FRENCH OPEN WINNER - SVETLANA KUZNETSOVA

Russian tennis player, Svetlana Kuznetsova gained her second Grand Slam title by winning this year French Open. In the final match, Kuznetsova defeated World No.1 player and her countrywoman Dinara Safina with the score of 6–4, 6–2. Her performed very well and she took only 74-minutes to win this title. Previously, she won 2004 US Open title, and she was also the runner-up in singles at the 2006 French Open and the 2007 US Open. By winning this French Open title, this World No.7 ranked player moved back into rank No.6.


BIOGRAPHY

Svetlana Kuznetsova was born on 27th June, 1985 in St. Petersburg, Russia. She belongs to a family of world-class cyclists. Her father Alexander Kuznetsov has coached five Olympic cyclists including Svetlana’s mother Galina Tsareva who is a six-time world champion and holder of 20 world records and Svetlana’s brother Nikolai Kuznetsov who is a silver medalist at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Svetlana was also participated in cycling, but she gave it up to play the tennis, and she was sending to Spain to get better training in tennis at the age of 13. At the age of 15, she turned into a professional player in 2000. At the end of 2002, she was reached in top 50 ranks position and named the ‘Newcomer of the Year’. In 2004, she won her first Grand slam by winning the U.S. Open title.In 2005, she was failed to follow her maiden Grand Slam success and in U.S open, she was defeated by Ekaterina Bychkova in the first round, and she is becoming the first female US Open champion to lose in the first round.  However, in 2006, Svetlana was returned back and she reached in the final of the French Open.  In the final, she was defeated by Justine Henin in straight sets. In 2007 Wimbledon, she reached in quarterfinals, but lost to the Venus Williams and in U.S Open also she lost to Justine Henin in straight sets. The year 2008 was not good for Svetlana. This years Australian Open, she lost in third round to Agnieszka Radwanska, in French Open, she lost in the semi final to Dinara Safina, in Wimbledon, she failed in fourth round and in Beijing Olympic Games, she lost in the first round. In 2009, she was seeded 8th at the Australian Open, but she failed in the quarter finals and at the Italian Open in Rome, Svetlana was won the quarterfinals against fourth seed and two time defending Jelena Jankovic and also defeated Victoria Azarenka in the semifinals, but she failed in the final with Safina and she reached World No. 7 position. Svetlana captured her second Grand Slam title by winning this years French Open title. In the French Open, she defeated World No.2 Serena Williams in a highly entertaining quarterfinal match and she defeated Samantha Stosur in the semi final and reached in the final. In the final, she defeated World No.1 Dinara Safina with score 6–4, 6–2 and she rose into World No.6 positions. She is also participated in Double tennis, and she was reached in third rank in 2004.  She won 2005 Australian Open Doubles title with Australia’s Alicia Molik and also she reached five other Grand Slam doubles finalswith Martina Navratilova, Elena Likhovtseva, and Amélie Mauresmo as her partners. Svetlana Kuznetsova is one of the great  players, and she is known for her strong serve and her heavy forehand. She also has a strong backhand and is known to be a good mover on the court. She is considered as one of the physically strongest players along with Venus and Serena Williams. She is a very popular player who won the hearts of the fans with her winning personality and easy going manner.
