MARUTI SUZUKI NEW GRAND VITARA 2.4

Maruti Suzuki is one of the largest cars manufacturing company in India. Now this company has recently introduced its  brand new version car called ‘Grand Vitara 2.4′ in the Indian Market. It is one of the global strategic models in Suzuki Range. The 2.4 L model of Grand Vitara is offering more power and the best in class 4X4 drive at a highly competitive price, and it will be available at a price between Rs.16.67 lakh and Rs.17.97 lakh. The SUV also comes in both Manual and automatic transmission. The new Grand Vitara 2.4 is also coming in two variants, thoset are 5-speed Manual Transmission and 4-speed Automatic Transmission. It is packed with many new features. It is now available with a larger 163.5 bhp 2.4-litre petrol engine with Variable Valve Timing technology that replaces the older less powerful 119.5 bhp 2.0-litre VIS engine. New Grand Vitara’s features include power windows, locks and mirrors, the remote entry system, adjustable steering column, three 12-volt power outlets, front and rear automatic climate control, cargo cover,outside temp and fuelconsumption gauges and audio systems. It is also comes loaded with a center speaker coupled with a 6-CD changer and it provides plenty of leg- and headroom in both the front and back seats, and five adults can sit comfortably. The 4 wheel drive Grand Vitara 2.4 comes equipped with disc brakes in the rear wheels that provides power braking. Other features of the new 2.4 L Grand Vitara includes Multi information display, 17 inch alloy wheels and centre speaker coupled with a 6-CD changer. The Multi Information Display will provide almost all vehicle information like average speed, instantaneous fuel consumption, low fuel warning and cruising range. This is the highest ever monthly export volume in the company’s history. It has helped India to emerge as the fourth largest exporter of automobiles in Asia. MSI’s parent Suzuki has sold over 2.5 million units of the Grand Vitara worldwide and has won over 32 awards in 16 countries, including 6 awards in the US, four in Germany, five in Russia and three in Australia.

GOOGLE CHROME OPERATING SYSTEM

The search giant Google is now ready to fight with the software giant Microsoft with their new operating system titled “Chrome Operating system”. This new operating system is considered as Google’s attempt to give the new definition of operating system. It is free open source, lightweight operating system initially targeted at netbooks and netbooks running Google Chrome OS will be available for consumers in the second half of 2010. It really competes with other operating systems, especially Microsoft’s Windows, which commands 90% of the market. Windows had a reputation as virus-prone and complicated. However, the Google Chrome Operating System will be faster, smoother and lightweight. Speed, simplicity and security are the key aspects of this operating system, and it will run on both x86 and ARM chips. This software focused on quick and easy access to Web-based applications like Gmail, Google Voice, etc without all the load times, viruses and spyware associated with Windows. Moreover, this new OS is created for those people who spend most of their time on the web and this OS is being designed to power computers ranging from small netbooks to full-size desktop systems. If Google can get enough people to buy computers running its new Chrome OS, it will cut the popularity of  Microsoft’s Windows. Chrome is not Google’s first operating system. Google launched Android, an operating system for phones, and it also developed a browser named “Chrome” of its own and now this browser has 30 million active users. These achievements showed that Google is entered in a new world of computing and interaction.
