HONDA CR-V

India’s famous luxury car makers ‘Honda Siel Cars India Ltd’ launched their new version of sports utility vehicle ‘Honda CR-V’ in Indian roads. It boasts many advanced features than the previous version CR-V. The new CR-V comes in three variants with an engine capacity of 2.0-2.4 litre. The 2.4 L model CR-V boasts of steering-mounted cruise control system, six airbags with occupant position detection system (OPDS), a new improved music system with a USP port in the upper glove box, a lightened color scheme for the interiors, chrome audio controls and gear knob. The engine namely 2.0 L - MT 2WD and 2.4L MT / AT Real-time 4WD is same as in the outgoing model. It’s front bumper contains an oval shaped fog lamps. This new SUV’s horsepower is increased to 180 and mileage is improved by 1 MPG for both front-wheel and all-wheel drive models. In addition, it’s 10 spoke alloys gives a sporty look to this car. This new SUV is priced between Rs 21.9 lakh and Rs 24.12 lakh.

HONDA SIEL CARS INDIA LTD

‘Honda Siel Cars India Ltd’ is a joint venture between world’s sixth largest automakers ‘Honda Motor Company LTD’, Japan and ‘Siel Limited’, a Siddharth Shriram Group company. It was started on 1995 to deliver Honda’s passenger cars in the Indian market. It has a manufacturing unit at Greater Noida, Utthar Pradesh and it produces the Honda City, Civic and Accord models in India and the CRV is importing from Japan. These vehicles gained a top position in the hearts of all car lovers in the India. The company has made a long history in manufacturing field, and it is produced the cars with attractive styling and exciting engines and these cars improve the quality of everyday life. Now, this  company made a great image in automobile industry by creating the new model of vehicles.

33RD CAIRO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

It is the season of film festivals and all movie lovers are very busy to watching these film festivals. The ‘33rd Cairo International Film Festival’ will be held between 10th to 20th November 2009 in Cario, Egypt. Cairo International Film Festival(CIFF) is the oldest and most important festival in the middle east. The ‘33rd Cairo International Film Festival’ will take place under the presidency of the actor Dr Ezzat Abou Ouf and the honorary President the international super star Omar Sharif. This festival is attracting more international stars and specifically Hollywood stars like Nicolas Cage, John Malkovich, Morgan Freeman, Bud Spencer, Gina Lollobrigida, Ornella Mutti, Sophia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, Victoria Abril, Elizabeth Taylor etc. Three important film makers Adoor Gopalakrishnan, Victor Okhai and Nour El Sherif will head the Juries of this festival. This year CIFF, invited the new generation of brilliant filmmakers from India by honoring Indian Cinema. Bollywood film ‘New York’ will be the opening film of this festival and this film will also be featured in the ‘In Competition’ section. A Tamil feature film ‘Achchamundu! Achchamundu!’ and another Indian feature film ‘Saluun’ will also be screening in this festival. So get ready for watching this amazing film festival, which takes place in the home of the Pyramids and Nile.

CAIRO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

Cairo International Film Festival(CIFF) is the oldest and most important festival in the middle east. It is held in every year in Cairo, Egypt. It was started in 1976 by the Egyptian Association of Film Writers and Critics, headed by Kamal El-Mallakh. In 1985, this festival became an independent organization under the leadership of the eminent play writer Saad El-Din Wahba who was appointed by the Minister of Culture.This festival featured around 100 films from 33 countries, with 14 movies from 14 different countries in competition. Cairo Film Festival’s popularity increased year after year, and it attract not only filmmakers and critics but also attract writers, intellectuals and other artists.
