The recipient of the ‘Kerala State Film Award’ for the best art director, Raja Unnithan is now coming with his directorial debut film “Hello Zindagi” which is a tribute to womanhood. Suresh Menon and Amit Garg are the producers of this film. The famous TV actors Kanwaljit Singh, Neena Gupta, Kitu Gidwani and new face of Bollywood Mrunmayee Lagoo are the main actors of this film. This film will be hit on the box office on 5th March 2010.

ABOUT MOVIE

Kavitha(Mrunmayee Lagoo) is the rebellious teenage daughter of Girish(Kanwaljit Singh) and Indra (Neena Gupta). Girish is a very understanding and supportive father of Kavitha, but Indra is overly protective about her daughter and always cares about her welfare. Kavitha is very attractive girl, but she does not care society, morals or principles. She decided to turn away from her ambitions, friends and family. She had no idea what to do with her life. So she takes off on a journey away from home. On that journey, she met a doctor Sadhana(Kitu Gidwani) whose married life is not going well. Sadhana not only understands her but also acts as her guardian and guides her through good advice. Their life takes a turn on a vacation in Goa, when Kavita meets Arpan(Milind Gunaji), an investment banker turned environmentalist. Inspired by his mission to save the Olive Ridley Turtle, she finally finds new meaning in her life. This movie is the story of one young woman’s journey towards self-realization. It also focus on sensitive and global environmental issue of conservation of Olive Ridley Turtles. In addition, this film shows that how women of today are adapting to the changing scenario around them and also highlights parenting issues in the current generation. It also show the meaning of married life through Kitu Gidwani’s character, She has everything in life and still she is so depressed and unsettled. All the actors did wonderful performance in this movie. It is the debut Bollywood movie of Mrunmayee Lagoo who is the daughter of famous Hindi and Martathi actress Reema Lagoo. Hope that this women oriented film with a social message will be hit on coming days.
