Famous Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock gained an extraordinary achievement in her acting career. She gained ‘Best Actress Oscar’ and ‘Worst Actress Razzie’ awards in the same year. Bullock won her first ‘Oscar award’ for the Best Actress category for the film “The Blind Side”. In this film, she portrays the role of a mother Leigh Anne Tuohy who decides to receive and adopt a large black kid. She won ‘Worst Actress Razzie’ award for her performance in the romantic comedy film “All About Steve”.

BIOGRAPHY

Sandra Annette Bullock was born on 26th July, 1964 in Arlington, Virginia, U.S as the daughter of a German opera singer and voice teacher Helga D. Meyer and John W. Bullock. In childhood, she studied ballet and vocal arts and appeared in her mother’s opera productions. In her school days in ‘Washington-Lee High School’, she participated in high school theater productions. She later enrolled in ‘E. Carolina University’ in North Carolina, where she studied acting. She discontinued her graduation in the University and moved to New York to pursue a career on the stage. After that, she acted in many television programs and feature films including “Working Girl “, “Love Potion No. 9″, “The Thing Called Love”, “Fire on the Amazon”, “Demolition Man”, “Wrestling Ernest Hemingway”. She got a break through the performance of the super hit film “Speed” in 1994. This film’s success made her one of Hollywood’s most talked about actresses. Her other notable films are “While You Were Sleeping”, “Forces of Nature”, “Miss Congeniality”, “Two Weeks Notice”, “Lake House”, “Infamous”, “Premonition”, “The Proposal”, “All About Steve” and “The Blind Side”. The films  “The Proposal” and “The Blind Side” were the super hit films of 2009. She won the award for Best Actress at the ‘Golden Globes’, ‘Academy Awards’, and the ‘Screen Actors Guild Award’ for her performance in “The Blind Side”. In addition to the acting field, she is also famous in other fields. She has own production company titled ‘Fortis Films’ and a restaurant, bakery and floral shop. She is also a supporter of the ‘American Red Cross’ and she donated $1 million after the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 and $1 million after the tsunami devastation of December 2004 to the American Red Cross society. Sandra Bullock earlier dated to actor Tate Donovan, football player Troy Aikman, Austin musician Bob Schneider and actors Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gosling. Now she is married to motorcycle builder and ‘Monster Garage’ TV show host Jesse James.

Now, she was selected as the most watched celebrity on the internet in the last decade. The other persons in the top five positions are Princess of Wales, late British royal Diana and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

The famous American singer, dancer and actress, Britney Spears was born on 2nd December, 1981 in Mississippi, United States as the daughter of Lynne Irene and Jamie Parnell Spears. Until the age of nine, Britney Spears was famous as a gymnast and she performed dances and sang in her local Baptist church choir. At the age of eight, Spears tried out for the Disney Channel’s ‘Mickey Mouse Club(MMC)’ series, but was turned down due to her young age. After that, she appeared as the title character of the off-Broadway show, ‘Ruthless’. At age 11, she again tried for ‘MMC’ and this time, she was selected as a mouseketeer. She was signed as a ‘Jive Recording Artist’ in the late 90s and it was big break of her career. With the release of her debut single, ‘Baby One More Time’ in 1999, Britney became an international success. This single reached in number-one in ‘Billboard Hot 100′ list and it became the top-selling single of 1999 and the 25th most successful song of all time in British chart history with over 1.45 million units sold. Her second album ‘Oops!… I Did It Again ‘ was also a world hit album and it raised her as a pop icon of the world. Her third album ‘Britney’ was not as successful as her previous albums, but it also reached in number one in the U.S. In this album , she combined her originated pop sensibilities with more hip hop and R&B beats. Her fourth album was ‘In the Zone’ which was also successful. Through these album’s success, she gained a record of the only female artist in music history to have her first four albums debut at number one position. Her other albums are ‘Blackout’ and ‘Circus’. ‘Jive’ released a greatest hits album, ‘The Singles Collection’ to honor her 10th anniversary in the music industry. Britney Spears was always compared to Janet Jackson and Madonna in terms of vocals, choreography and stage presence.In 2001, she started her career as an actress with the film ‘Crossroads’. Spears was also signed many endorsements deals and appeared in many television commercials.

PERSONAL LIFE

Her personal life is always in trouble. Spears was married to her childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander on January 3, 2004 which was lasted only 55 hours. On 18th September, 2005, she was again married to the American dancer and singer Kevin Federline and they have sons, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline. They were divorced on 2007 and their divorce was highly publicized, followed by an ongoing legal battle for the custody of their two sons. Throughout 2007, her behavior was very bad and she reached in the rehabilitation center. In December 2007, Spears began a relationship with Adnan Ghalib. This relationship lead to speculation Spears was suffering from a form of psychological disorder called ’stockholm Syndrome’.

In addition, she gained numerous awards including ‘AOL Awards’, ‘Billboard Awards’, ‘Bravo Gold Awards’, ‘Popcorn Awards’,'American Music Awards’, ‘World Music Awards’, ‘NRJ Music Awards’, ‘MTV Women of the Year’, ‘Teen Choice Awards’, etc.
